Bottega il Buco in Ibiza is the third restaurant to be launched by Donna Lennard, owner of New York’s world-famous restaurants il Buco and il Buco Alimentari & Vineria.

Opening in 2019,  the restaurant is situated just off the pretty square of Santa Gertrudis, one of the oldest towns in Ibiza and is already is proving to be one of the  game-changing restaurant experiences for those in the know, as well as the go-to place for international visitors to the island.
